EmareData does not rely on a single news source. It merges fragmented sources into one project record and presents every record with its source, last verification date and confidence level.

Sources

Official sources

KAP · Turkish Trade Registry Gazette · Ministry of Industry and Technology · Investment incentive publications · EPDK · EIA / e-EIA · EKAP · Official Gazette · Relevant public authorities

Company sources

Annual and activity reports · Investor presentations · Regulatory disclosures · Company press releases · Corporate websites

Project stakeholders

Organized industrial zone administrations · EPC companies · Main contractors · Technology providers · Equipment manufacturers

Supporting signals

Industry media · Local institutional sources · Development agencies · Chambers of commerce and industry · Industry associations · Job postings and other open-source signals

Not all sources carry the same weight. Official and primary sources receive the highest confidence, while supporting signals are never presented as verified records on their own.

Confidence levels

Freshness

Confidence and freshness are two separate axes. A record can be correct at its source and still be out of date. Every record therefore shows its last verification date and a freshness state: Fresh, Needs refresh or Stale.

Fact versus inference

Strong claims that are not supported by the source are never presented as verified information.

Opportunity score

The opportunity score is calculated out of 100 from project stage, proximity to procurement, recency, project size and source confidence. It is produced by a deterministic rule engine: the same input always yields the same result, and the breakdown is visible on the record.

The opportunity score reflects the timing and significance of a commercial opportunity — not how well verified the data is. It should not be confused with the confidence level.
